Aware of the stakes in the battery sector, CORYS has joined the Consortium* of the “École de la Batterie Grenoble”, to provide dynamic training simulators.
Simulation allows learning via a dynamic teaching method with real-life situations and the active involvement of each participant.
CORYS will develop two dynamic process simulators in collaboration with the Consortium’s experts: a production unit simulator and a battery recycling plant simulator. CORYS will also provide Verkor with an immersive 3D virtual reality model of an electrode coating machine.
The dynamic simulators will train future operators, technicians and engineers in the processes and operations of battery production and recycling plants.
The simulators will be deployed in an “École de la Batterie Grenoble” classroom and via a dedicated web portal for distance learning.

"We are particularly proud of our involvement in the "École de la Batterie Grenoble" Consortium with our dynamic simulation solutions. This ambitious project will help meet the massive training needs of the emerging battery industry in Europe and responds to two major societal challenges: energy transition made necessary by climate change and the reindustrialisation of France”.
