On Thursday 13 June, CORYS employees were invited to the Domaine de Clairefontaine in the village of Noyarey. On arrival everyone was asked to pull a ribbon from a bag to randomly make up teams for the afternoon.
CEO, Charles Rosmorduc opened the event with a short speech to remind us of the values CORYS strives to live up to. Cooperation and teamwork; progress and growth/ work towards results; culture of responsibility; and last but not least, innovation.
The teams were invited to work together to produce pancakes or cookies or other tasty things. There was a workshop to decorate go-karts in the most gregarious way but points were lost should anything fall off during the races! Other workshops got people thinking about the company values, or the environment. As CORYS has recruited so many new people this last year, it was a great opportunity to mix and get to know each other.
